Accessibility Statement

Last updated: October 2, 2026

1. Our goal

We want everyone to be able to use Planra. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. Planra has not yet had an independent accessibility audit, so we do not claim full conformance.

2. What we do

  • A "skip to main content" link on every page.
  • Light and dark themes.
  • Decorative 3D animations are switched off when your device asks for reduced motion, and on phones.
  • The app can be installed as a web app (PWA).

3. Known limitations

  • The whiteboard canvas relies on pointer gestures and is hard to use with a keyboard or screen reader.
  • Moving cards between board columns is designed around drag and drop; you can also change a task's status from the task itself.
  • Some charts have no text alternative for the full data.
  • Pages built by customers — such as forms, portals and published docs — depend partly on what the customer writes.

4. Feedback and help

If something in Planra is hard for you to use, email support@planra.co. Tell us the page and what went wrong, and we will help you get the task done another way and work on a fix.
